As a member of the European Union, Slovakia is an approved country for US visa travel. You must have a valid passport from Slovakia and present it to the US embassy or consulate when applying for your visa.
Slovakia is not a prioritized country for US visa issuance, so you may have to wait several months if you apply through the embassy or consulate. However, if you are in the United States on a valid visa and meet all other eligibility requirements, you can apply for a tourist visa at any US consulate. The tourist visa has no maximum duration and allows you to stay in the United States for up to six months. You will need to demonstrate that you have enough money to cover your expenses while in the United States and provide documentation of your planned activities in the United States.
